Covid-19 has certainly created some extreme conditions and situations that impact our health, safety, and finances as we know it. Running essential services and keeping our economy sustainable takes many people working together towards a common goal.
We at Doug’s Place understand our role as an essential service provider and know we have to work with for our customers more today than ever before to be able to provide peace of mind solutions for you.
Therefore in this VUCA environment we wanted to introduce our Covid-19 Deductible Program as an option for those customers who need some financial assistance with paying for their deductible portion of their insurance claim.

Our deductible program is an interest-free payment program.
We will split your deductible into 3 equal payments.
Your First Payment is due when your vehicle is ready for delivery.
Your Second Payment is due in 30 days from your delivery date.
Your Last payment is due in 60 days from your delivery date.
You just need to fill out our simple application and authorization form.
Doug’s Place reserves the right to restrict access to this program at our discretion.
We are offering this program to assist Albertans who need our help, if you have the financial means to pay your deductible please do your part and let us help the customers who need our help.
How the Program Works
We will submit your claim for insurance approval.
Once the estimate has been approved, we will need to confirm your deductible status with your insurance adjuster. Your deductible is generally due when your vehicle has been completed and ready for delivery back to you.
If you would like to take advantage of our Covid deductible program, please ask your estimator or relationship manager to send you our simple application.
Fill out the simple application and return it to us for review and approval.
When your vehicle is ready, we will process the first payment.
We will process the next payments as per the agreement.
